DripNow is a service operated by Vruzes B.V. ("we", "us"), the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this website currently does

Right now, dripnow.me is a pre-launch waitlist page with an interactive demo. It does not yet offer the full DripNow service (uploading real outfit photos and receiving a personalised lookbook). This policy explains what we collect today, and what we promise for the future service described below.

3. What data we collect

• Your email address, submitted voluntarily via our waitlist form (hosted by Tally).
• UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) captured when you land on the page, so we know which channel referred you. These are stored together with your email if you sign up; they are not linked to any other identifier.
• We do not create accounts, use passwords, or collect payment details on this site.

4. The interactive demo does not use your photos

The "Try the demo" section on this page runs entirely in your browser using fixed sample data. It does not ask for, upload, analyse, or store any photo of you. No camera or file upload is used anywhere on this current site.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address and UTM data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing hello@dripnow.me — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist entry for as long as you remain on the waitlist, and delete it within 30 days of you unsubscribing or asking us to remove it. If we launch the full product and you convert into a user, retention will be governed by the future product's own privacy policy.

7. Our promise for the future app (not yet live)

The full DripNow product will ask you to upload outfit photos so our AI can build your Drip Profile. When that feature goes live:

Photos are analysed to build your profile and then deleted — never stored or shared.

We are publishing this commitment now so it is in place before that feature launches.

8. Who processes data on our behalf

• Tally (tally.so) — hosts and stores waitlist form submissions.
• Porkbun — hosts this static website.
• No third-party analytics provider is currently enabled. If one is added, it will be listed here and loaded only after you consent.

9. International data transfers

Some of our processors (such as Tally and Porkbun) may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer — for example the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Details of the specific safeguards a processor uses are available from that processor, and on request from us at hello@dripnow.me.

10. Affiliate disclosure

DripNow earns a commission on items purchased through links in our (future) lookbooks, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the data described in this policy.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion;
• restrict or object to processing; and
• data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dripnow.me.

12. Cookies

This site uses a cookie-consent banner. We only load non-essential cookies (such as analytics) after you give consent. See the banner on first visit for details of what, if anything, is currently active.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
