2. What DripNow is, today

dripnow.me currently offers: (a) an interactive demo that runs on fixed sample data, and (b) a waitlist you can join for early access. The full product — uploading your own outfit photos to generate a personalised, shoppable lookbook — is not yet live. Nothing on this site should be understood as an offer of that full service; features, availability, and timing may change before launch.

3. Using the demo

The demo is provided for illustration only. It uses "canned" sample data, not live inventory, live prices, or a real store integration. No purchases can be made through the demo, and no real account or checkout exists yet.

4. Joining the waitlist

By submitting your email, you ask to be notified about early access. We do not guarantee a specific date, order, or that access will be granted, and we may change or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

5. Affiliate model

When the full product launches, DripNow will earn a commission on items purchased through links in your lookbook, at no extra cost to you. Commission arrangements with retail partners do not influence the price you pay.

6. Intellectual property

The DripNow name, logo, and the content of this site (text, design, images used with permission) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

This website and its demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vruzes B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Dutch law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site or the future product, and may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
